A To-do list is the list where you list all the tasks you have to do a particular week or particular day.

When you write on paper keep it where you can see it every time near your study table or somewhere else.

STEP 2: LIST ALL TASK YOU WANT DO.
List all tasks you want to do important ones and less important one. Dont worry about how to organize this tasks you will know later on. Ask your friends and family to figure out if any task is left or not. Friends and family will always help you.
STEP 3: ORGANIZING TASK.
Organizing task is an important thing you must know. Divide your task into different categories such as some tasks are related to your home or office.
So write your task related to your home on one side and task related to your office on one side. Such as buying groceries, picking up medicines for grandmother like task keep in the category of to-do list of home. Writing article and other office related task on to-do list of office.
When you create separate lists, you can focus your attention and energy on one at a time when you are in office you don't need to-do list related to home so you don't focus on it and you cant loose energy on it.
Make a to-do list of that day. Try to make your to-do list simple one. Try to have less than eight task per day don't write the task for following month or following weeks because it can make you more confuse and you will realise more stress on you to complete that task.
Write due dates in front of every task, if some tasks don't have a due date imagine they have a due date and write in front of it. Estimate how much time each task will take and figure out your day according to it.
Share your list with someone either your friend or family, ask them to check on you then you will complete all your task because if don't complete any one of the task you wont feel nice to tell that did not complete that task.
To-do list is good way where you can track your progress but sometimes if don't complete that task on that particular day or you don't complete that task before that day it can demotivate you sometimes.

When you write a to-do list write a why in front of that task such as why you want to complete that task when you do this you will valid reason why you need to complete that task.
Then you can feel motivate everytime to complete that task.
Tip 2: Try to breakdown the task .
Try to breakdown the big task into smaller tasks because smaller task gives you motivation to complete that task. It will also be easier to complete every task.
Tip 3: Delete that task which have no-value.
Delete that task which is not important or which has no value. When you write your to do list you will so many ideas delete all your task which is unimportant these will avoid cluttering of things.
